fees & insurance
I accept Medicare Part B.

Most people on Medicare do not have an out-of-pocket cost for therapy. Medicare Part B covers 80% of the allowed amount for a session and then forwards the 20% coinsurance fee - or copay - to your secondary insurance or supplemental insurance (also known as Part F). If you do not have a secondary or supplement, you will be responsible for the 20% coinsurance of the allowed amount. (You would owe approximately $26 for a 55 minute session or $17.50 for a 45 minute session. The copay for Medicare Advantage plans vary.)
My private pay fees for therapy are as follows:
$200 for 55 minutes
$180 for 45 minutes
If insured by commercial insurance, I will provide you with a "Superbill" to give to your insurance to try to get reimbursed.

I offer consultation services to caregivers. My fee is is $200 per hour, billable by 15-minute increments. Please click on the link for more information.
